Cesar R Chavez
His experience and interests are especially focused on the fields of regional and urban planning with an emphasis on environmental projects. He has extensive experience in the public, private and academic sectors, at the national and international levels. With more than 35 years of work experience in international organizations such as the North American Environmental Cooperation Commission (Headquarters in Montreal, Canada) where he was executive director from 2016 to 2019; has been a consultant for the World Bank and has collaborated on projects with the OECD, GIZ, UNEP and UNDP, an architect's degree from the Autonomous University of Nuevo León; with postgraduate studies at the University of Oslo and the University of Edinburgh. Salvador Suarez Santamaria
Industrial Engineer with more than 25 years of experience in management positions of multiple companies in various industries, such as electricity, oil, transportation, technology and consulting. He has participated in numerous projects as a new business developer and consultant. At ASUR, holding company of Cancun Airport, he was Strategic and Financial Planning Manager for 10 years, where he developed multiple operations projects, as well as airport acquisitions in the Latin American region. In the energy industry, he has been a representative for oil drilling rig companies and a promoter of clean energy projects. He has developed multiple studies of financial feasibility analysis in these areas. He holds a master's degree in Public Policy and an Executive MBA from IPADE, currently collaborating in the financial analysis of real estate projects, infrastructure development, energy and political management.
Juan Jose Madero Santoscoy
In his more than 30 years in the field of Project Management of construction projects as Consultant and or Director in innumerable developments throughout the national territory for corporate clients, and public works for state and federal governments has added invaluable experience. Mainly in the areas of commercial real estate developments and industrial construction, in the housing area has participated in the development of more than 2000 units for federal government agencies.
