Ismael Fernandez Mejia CEO


Architect, Urban Planner, Consultant in Urban Development projects and infrastructure. His professional experience of more than 35 years related to projects in the public and private sector is based on the fields of Strategy, Design, Concept and Integration of Infrastructure and Real Estate Development Projects, Spatial Analysis; Regional Planning, Urban Design, Architectural Design. International Consultant recognized by UN-Habitat, UNESCO, OECD, World Bank and other multilateral organizations. Graduated as an Architect at La Salle University in Mexico; Diploma in Planning Studies at the University of Edinburgh, GB.  Master in Philosophy in Regional Planning and Urban Design at the University of Edinburgh. Senior Business Management (IPADE, AD2), Universidad Panamericana.



Cesar R Chavez


His experience and interests are especially focused on the fields of regional and urban planning with an emphasis on environmental projects. He has extensive experience in the public, private and academic sectors, at the national and international levels. With more than 35 years of work experience in international organizations such as the North American Environmental Cooperation Commission (Headquarters in Montreal, Canada) where he was executive director from 2016 to 2019; has been a consultant for the World Bank and has collaborated on projects with the OECD, GIZ, UNEP and UNDP, an architect's degree from the Autonomous University of Nuevo León; with postgraduate studies at the University of Oslo and the University of Edinburgh. As well as El Colegio de México in the special program of Environment and Sustainable Development LEAD.



Julio Ortiz Gallarza


His 35-year experience in the public and private sector includes the promotion of economic and financial consulting, infrastructure projects, communication, entertainment and marketing.  He was president of the National Basketball Federation.  Member of the Olympic basketball team (1968). Member of the Mexican Olympic Committee. President of the Council of Applied Technology entity dedicated to technological development. Graduated in Economics from the Faculty of Economics of UNAM and with postgraduate studies at IPADE.



José Ismael Fernández del Río


With experience as an architect for more than 20 years, he has collaborated with several of the most prestigious architects in works and developments in Mexico and abroad, He is responsible for the design area and has made the architectural designs of various real estate, corporate, commercial, housing and mixed-use projects.  Under his responsibility is the conceptual design of various projects now under development that include the Sport & Commercial Complex Mixuca, the Centro Urbano Plaza Chihuahua, Basketball Hall of Fame. Cancun Express stations, workshops and Central Control, as well as three WTE plants in Mexico among others.



Maricela Camacho Velázquez


His experience is mainly in the public sectors in the Secretary of Urban Development of Mexico City and in the State of Quintana Roo, and private in both parts its main function has been the coordination of urban and tourism development projects, nationally Internationally in addition to participating in various events with urban themes, has coordinated urban development projects in Tlalnepantla Mexico , and touristic in Lloret de Mar on the Costa Brava in Spain. She is a graduate of the UAM Azcapotzalco with a Master's Degree in Urban Policy.



Salvador Suarez Santamaria


Industrial Engineer with more than 25 years of experience in management positions of multiple companies in various industries, such as electricity, oil, transportation, technology and consulting. He has participated in numerous projects as a new business developer and consultant. At ASUR, holding company of Cancun Airport, he was Strategic and Financial Planning Manager for 10 years, where he developed multiple operations projects, as well as airport acquisitions in the Latin American region. In the energy industry, he has been a representative for oil drilling rig companies and a promoter of clean energy projects. He has developed multiple studies of financial feasibility analysis in these areas. He holds a master's degree in Public Policy and an Executive MBA from IPADE, currently collaborating in the financial analysis of real estate projects, infrastructure development, energy and political management.



Juan Jose Madero Santoscoy


In his more than 30 years in the field of Project Management of construction projects as Consultant and or Director in innumerable developments throughout the national territory for corporate clients, and public works for state and federal governments has added invaluable experience.  Mainly in the areas of commercial real estate developments and industrial construction, in the housing area has participated in the development of more than 2000 units for federal government agencies. For corporate clients he has been in charge of works that exceed 350,000 m2 of construction. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from La Salle University, and applied mathematics from ITAM, has master's degrees in Investment Project Integration and Project Management at the Polytechnic University of Madrid, as well as other Diplomates in various areas of this branch of engineering.
